There are two easy ways to handle a replacement:
Replace the product for your customer on the spot
Hand your client a new product, then send us the damaged item and we will replace it for you. (If you are a Stock Box customer, simply bag it and place it in your Stock Box; we will process it the next time you return your box). Your customer will be happy, Fido doesn't have to be without a collar, and it generates good-will for you.
Your customer sends it directly to us for replacement

We will send out a replacement product as soon as we receive it. Please remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number (should we need to contact you).
